Admirals Quay Apartment Residents Association  AQARA  is made up of residents from Admirals Quay and has a committee of voluntary residents..  We liaise with both the Freeholders representatives (E-M) and the property management agent, (RMG). to represent the best interests of Admirals Quay residents.

Ocean Village  over looks The Ocean Village Marina and is located in the city of Southampton in Hampshire, on the south coast of the UK.

The AQARA committee have been working hard on your behalf since 2018 to express the collective views and issues of our estate to our landlord / freeholders agents (E&M)  and the property management agent (RMG), who we meet with regularly. 

At present we are focusing on the following issues:  Windows, Financials, Cleaning / Concierge, Day to day property issues, Utilities, Fire & Safety and cladding issues.

By becoming a member of AQARA you will receive regular updates from us on how these  issues are progressing, as well as invites to general meetings. The more members we have, the more powerful our influence with both E&M and RMG.
